We issue the California Marriage License on the premises. $25 Notary Fee applies. Confidential License Fee: $53
NO waiting period, NO blood test, and NO witnesses are required. Applicants must provide Government issued photo ID (Driver's License, passport, etc.). Couples must have the same address if not living together and be 18 or older. You must provide your final divorce papers if the divorce has been within the past 90 days. NEVADA
Nevada License Fee: $60.00 (cash fee)
A certified copy of the marriage certificate - $15. NO blood test and NO waiting period. Must be 18 or older and provide photo identification. Couples, ages 16-18 must have parents or legal guardian present or bring notarized written permission.
Before the wedding ceremony you need to obtain a Marriage License from the Douglas County Clerk Office.
